1. Service Overview

Secret Once allows users to send confidential information securely. We will generate a unique, private link to the content you wish to share. Access to the content is strictly limited to you and the individual to whom you provide the link. Once the content is accessed, it will be automatically deleted either immediately after being viewed or upon reaching the preset expiration time, whichever comes first. No backup or copy of the content will be retained by us.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our software solely for its intended purposes. This license does not confer any ownership rights to you.

Secret Once is provided by Onpipeline Ltd, a company registered in Ireland under company number 679560. Our basic services are free for all users. We offer business services that are subject to additional terms and fees.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the services to conduct or pursue any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Transmitting any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in activities that infringe upon the rights of others.
• Using the services to obtain unauthorized access to any computer, system, or network.
• Distributing or viewing illegal content.
• Engaging in any activity that violates intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

3. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, in any of the following circumstances:

• If you breach or violate any terms of this agreement or any other policies.
• If you engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the integrity or security.
• If you fail to make payments for any business services as per the agreed terms.
• If we are required to comply with any legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination or suspension, any provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect. This includes, but is not limited to, obligations regarding payment, intellectual property, and liability.

4. Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for all data provided through our service, including ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

We disclaim all warranties, including those concerning the site, services, or content (including third-party content), and make no guarantees regarding their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We reserve the right to remove the site or suspend services temporarily without notice for maintenance, updates, repairs, or emergency actions, and we shall not be liable for any disruptions that may result from such actions.

Secret Once is not responsible for any damage or financial losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
• Any third-party service interruptions or issues beyond our control.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided by the service.

5. Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Business Services

We offer business services that provide enhanced features. Access to these services requires a subscription. Detailed information about these services will be provided on our website or at the time of subscription. Below are the general terms that apply to all subscriptions:

1. Our service operates on an annual subscription basis with automatic renewal unless you explicitly opt-out before the renewal date. The subscription fee must be paid in advance as per the pricing plan available at the time of subscription.

2. We offer a custom domain name, protected by a secure server certificate, included in all of our plans. Our business services also include a customized webpage for a one-time fee, designed based on your business logo and colors, in accordance with the specifications we agree upon before you place your order. Any updates to the page, either during the year or after the initial setup, will incur a charge of 50% of the initial setup fee.

3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including passwords and other authentication information, secure and confidential. You agree not to share your credentials with unauthorized third parties. Any unauthorized use of the service resulting from a compromised password will be your responsibility.

4. Our service plans have specific usage limits. If you exceed the limits included in your plan, we reserve the right to suspend or disable access to the service until additional capacity is allocated. We will notify you when these limits are approached, but it is your responsibility to monitor service usage and allocate the appropriate volume according to the plan.

5. During the subscription period, you have the option to upgrade your plan to meet your needs, paying the additional cost for the remaining period of the year. However, downgrades of the plan are not allowed during the year if your usage decreases. Any downgrade requests will only be considered at the time of the automatic renewal.

6. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in the terms of service.

7. All subscription fees must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to business services in case of non-payment by the agreed due date.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
